My “Personal situation” isn’t considered valid to one SSV

Hi everyone, I could really use some help and support. First thing: TW for SA and mental illness issues

On Thursday I was put in a really bad situation where I was SA’d and I was not doing okay after. I could not stop sobbing, constant state of fear and panic, among other things. After a few hours I still hadn’t calmed down and was trying to navigate the situation alone.

But I had to open Friday morning and I called my store to call out. I was crying on the phone and told my SSV I have a really bad personal situation going on and wasn’t gonna be able to make it in the next day to figure out my next steps. She told me “If you won’t tell me what it is then that personal situation isn’t a reason to call out.” Obviously I was uncomfortable telling her over the phone what happened when I’m already in shambles. I texted my SM right away and said I have a personal situation but I didn’t feel comfortable explaining it yet and she completely understood. I’m gonna talk to her about it today.

That being said working yesterday and today have been very very hard for me. I was super off my A game, stepping off the floor to cry, taking my panic medication, etc and nothing was working. I told the SSV running the floor yesterday that I had a “personal situation” and asked if I could go home and he was completely understanding, no questions asked.

But all day the original SSV was throwing shade at me for calling out, didn’t say hi to me, made a comment about how I should’ve prepared her better for a 3 drink cafe order that was coming through. And that just made me feel so much worse on top of the situation I’m going through as is.

Again I plan on talking to my SM today about taking tomorrow off and possibly an LOA while I process and get help. But does anyone know how I could handle this SSV being so rude to me over something she knows nothing about? Do I need to tell her the details to get her to understand?

I’m really upset so please be kind. Typing this while crying on my break. Thanks

Edit: Thank you all for the support, I really needed it. Gonna talk to my sm today
