Hi guys. I’m buying my first haul and I want to return a few items from my warehouse because they look off. When I go through the return process, the total order price shows as ¥0, which means instead of getting a refund I’d actually owe ¥20 (around €2.74) in return shipping and handling fees. Is this normal?

Also two quick questions about the return form: should I write anything in the return instructions field, and do I check the box that says “I am willing to bear the shipping fee and service fee for return/exchange”? Idk if you can avoid the fees lol
