My 3 year old has been diagnosed with level 3 autism. I am feeling completely lost and alone. I feel like every day is a guessing game. We are on waiting lists for support, but I have no idea if I am parenting him right. I feel like I second guess every single thing that I do with him. Does anyone have any advice?
I love my son, I just want to connect with him, understand him, and help him as much as I can
