Estoy desarrollando una plataforma de tarjetas digitales de fidelización para pequeños emprendimientos y quiero validar si el problema existe.

No busco vender nada; me interesa recibir feedback de dueños de negocios que ya usan puntos, premios o tarjetas de cliente frecuente.

Hoy la herramienta permite crear tarjetas, administrar puntos, configurar premios y revisar reportes básicos de clientes inactivos o próximos a canjear.

Para quienes tienen emprendimientos:

¿cómo manejan actualmente la fidelización de clientes?
