Help! Advice needed! Should I cancel the Extended Warranty from Carvana Care? I've been on the phone for over 2 hours and 30 minutes with a rep to understand the ins/outs of the Plus and Premier coverage with their extended warranty contract. I got conflicting information from their reps. Many people have issues with Carvana Care and Silverrock online, so I requested to cancel the warranty and apply it to my loan. And since I asked, they have had a sudden "systems outage." I'm not canceling my Carvana purchase, but as a first-time buyer, I'm concerned and would prefer not to deal with their extended warranty team if this is the experience I'll have before I buy a car from them. Any advice? Should I still get the car? Should I cancel the Extended Warranty? Has anyone here had any experience with Carvana Care extended warranty? Canceling the Carvana Care contract will delay me from getting my car, but I don't trust them after this.
