Hi! I'm an incoming Columbia Law student and I'm looking for a studio lease takeover (or a sublet with the option to sign on to the lease at the end) anytime between now and the end of August. Want to be within 20 min walk of campus, but otherwise flexible. I currently live in BedStuy and have great credit, guarantors, etc.!
