I started my period today- but the trouble is.. im going on my first ever vacation tomorrow! What's even worse is- I usually get... uhm, upset stomachs and have to use the bathroom. Is there anything that can ease this symptom? I'll be hiking so I doubt there will he bathrooms available.

Ps: I'm sorry for all the gross information..
