Cultures negative, don’t know whether to still start Bactrim

I just finished a week of macrobid, felt fine on it, immediately day after I stopped taking it the symptoms came back, I had blood in urine, protein present, and wbcs. Went back to urgent care and was prescribed Bactrim before my second culture, I don’t know whether to take it or not. I have burning when urinating then lingering pain that lasts for hours after. I can’t make an appt with a doctor yet, so idk what to do.
I’m just worried that possibly starting the Bactrim now could do me more harm than good.

Blood in urine and protein following full course of macrobid

About 3 weeks ago I had a new onset of pain in the vagina area after peeing (no pain during urination), and this dull pain/discomfort would last about 1-2 hours after urination. Sine this pain was on and off I didn't think much of it, just drank extra water, D-mannose, and cranberry juice. However on like day 5-7, my urine was looking foggy and I felt burning when urinating then a sharp pain that would follow and kind of radiate to my lower abdomen. I went to urgent care, and my urine dipstick had presence of leukocytes (500 leu/dl), and blood but I was on my period anyway. Got prescribed macrobid for 7 days and it really eased my symptoms, I felt fine until today, yesterday was my last day taking it.
The culture came back negative; no bacterial growth.
Today, the pain came back, the burning during urination, the residual irritation/pain that'd last hours after urination, and blood!
Went back to urgent care, this time around, besides the blood in urine, leukocytes still present in large quantity, and positive for protein (30mg/dl). Got prescribed bactrim, then was advised to go to a urologist rather than gynecologist. The last time I had this kind of problem was a few months ago, took full course of macrobid, symptoms came back but I already had results of antibiotic susceptibility; finished full course of clindamycin and that seemed to do the job. Apparently the bacterial growth was that of bacteria that's associated with vaginal flora? Streptococcus agalactiae (straga)
<10,000 col/mL
Anyway, I don't know whether to start bactrim now or thug it out for two days and wait for the culture to come back.
