Experience over Degree, just for once please
So my father was employed in this company for over 18 years, and due to some issues he had to leave the job last year in November ig, and now he can't seem to land another one mainly bcuz he has no higher degrees, he has just done Inter
He basically worked as a Store/ Warehouse Incharge in a very reputable company for years and has a very strong experience related to that field, I'm willing to provide his CV, it would be really grateful if anyone can reach out with a position like this for a good pay
I've sent so many applications on Indeed related to his career but it seems like every single one of them favours proper degree holders, since he never got any call
He has been working on Indrive after he left his job, and each day I see him in more distress and we already have enough financial struggles so it would be really helpful if for once someone considers his experience
