Hi moderator , I’m having trouble with an application process and I’m kind of stuck.
I was told to retry ID verification after a failed attempt, but I don’t see any option to retry on my dashboard. I’ve checked multiple times and I’m unable to move forward.
Could someone from the team please point me in the right direction or let me know what I should do next?
