[GB] Account Restriction without any reason
I live in the UK. I have no crypto transactions, I haven't deposited cash into my account, I haven't received any payments from anyone, and I've been an ultra member for over a year.
I only send money to my Revolut account from my personal bank accounts or from my company registered in my name and I use it to points on my daily expenses, thats all.
They say it's a routine check, but I have no idea what triggered it. A significant amount in my account is currently restricted, and my holiday plans with my family in the coming days are already ruined. Since they didn't send any emails or notifications about my account being restricted, realizing this while trying to pay for my meal outside led to an embarrassing situation.
They gave me a big reminder of why I shouldn't use any bank other than big banks.
I don't recommend anyone to leave even a small amount of money in Revolut. This would never happen to me in any bank in the UK.
