Some help
Hello people
I need some help bringing my bench up I’m at bench 165 i rn idk if it’s 165 any more prob at 170 or 175 and I did 135 for 10 reps on bench and I need help because my bench doesn’t go up quick I am consistent as hell I go workout anytime I have the chance to and I stick to a gym routine I got 5 days a week and rest 2 days and get back to but yeah I need some help because I have no idea how my friend went from bench 205 to 275 in 2 months and he does 315 now on bench but anyways besides that I squat 315 for 4 and deadlift 335 I’m 15 a 9th grader as of may 2026 I’m 5’8 210 lbs I play football 🏈 also I’m OL/DL so yea anything to help my goals are for next year or before this year is get to bench 225 by end of this year or before or early 2027 and squat 405 and deadlift 425 I’m trying my best I go to after school lifting for football too I’m working my ass off I got back from a injury of sciatica from squatting I’m ready to work
