Im one of those orders that never came in yet despite the fact I ordered way back in 2023.

I know there has been issues with packages getting lost and there being a huge amount to go through. So when they finally got around to replacements I have sent in some emails to the support but I havent really gotten a response on my last ones.

Its kinda freaking me out a little. And I do completely understand how busy they all are and have a lot of support emails to go through and stuff. Its just scaring me cuz it almost feels like its not coming and I havent been seeing ppl going oh hey guys I got my novel as much as I used to

so like IDK how often orders or going out or if ppl in my position are still waiting on those orders. Ive tried checking my shopify app and theres no update there either for. Not even a tracking number for me (outside the store order number)

Are there still ppl waiting on their 2023 orders? Im only asking bcuz I feel like itll soothe my anxiety a little bit if Im not the only one. I just dont want my order to be forgotten or anything ya know 😭
