BC Hydro chatbot keeps asking me if I want to defer my payment. I have no idea why, I don't have an overdue balance, and I was just asking if they were open 😅

Chatbot needs some work. No, I'm not relying on the chatbot... it's just an oddity I observed today, that's all.
