Anxiety about Leaving my Cat alone when Traveling

Hello, I'm posting in hopes to get some reassurance about leaving my cat alone for shortish periods of time. The reality is that I get pretty extreme anxiety and guilt whenever I leave my apartment even if I know my cat is fine. I get really anxious that he's going to get depressed or not drink enough water, or just feel really guilty and like a failure of a pet owner. I know that the bulk of the anxiety is irrational, especially since I know he has everything he needs available to him.

Currently I'm about to travel for ~3 days, I've already made arrangements to have someone my cat is very familiar with come and check on him and hangout with him for 2/3 days (I'll be back home the evening of the third day). His food is automated (except for a small portion of wet food+water he gets at dinner). He has one of those steel water fountains to drink out of however I have yet to see him use it, usually he drinks from the sink or tub and will have me turn it on for him when he's thirsty, he's also been known to drink out of the toilet 😅. I have cameras to keep an eye on him while I'm out and 90% of the time he's just sleeping and or watching out windows.

I guess at the end of the day I just get anxious about him feeling lonely and feel really guilty for not being there all the time and it makes it really hard for me to feel okay about leaving my apartment and do fun things for me.

Also, I do have a therapist and I try talking to her about it and she really hasn't given any advice that felt like it helped.

Additionally, I'm not in a position right now to get a second cat, and historically my cat has been very aggressive towards other cats when exposed to them.
