need an in-office procedure recommendation [Product Request]
I'm 30 and I have 6 months to do something to improve my skin texture, tone, and broken capillaries. I want to try in-office procedures, but I'm unsure which one would be most effective for my issues.
I've been using Vanicream Vitamin C serum, Retin-A, and the Ordinary azelaic acid for years. While they help with the oiliness, I still get an occasional pimple that goes away in a day or two, and some stubborn bumps under my skin that are neither inflamed, nor growing. I would like my skin to be smoother and more toned. Also, I have that tiny vertical skin fold on my neck in certain head positions. Is it the beginning of a turkey neck? For sun protection, I'm using Blue Lizard Sensitive SPF 50.
I have naturally oily, light skin that is thin enough for the neck and facial veins to be clearly visible in the daylight, although they are not bulging. Up until my early twenties I used to spend a lot of time in the sun with no sunscreen. I never tanned easily though, so it was a perpetual cycling between sunburns and then some tan that would not stay for long. I believe it is the cause of the broken capillaries that I have. Ever since I started using the sunscreen, I haven't gotten any new broken capillaries.
Which in-office procedures would you recommend? I'm thinking lasers, but I can also consider mesotherapy. What I would rather not do are chemical peels, fillers, and microneedling.
