Pick n Pay Online is officially a scam operation. I placed an order last Friday, they swiped R550 from my account instantly, and then... nothing. Silence. My order has been stuck on "Order Delayed" for nearly a week while they hold my money hostage.

I have called THREE TIMES. I have sent multiple emails. Every single "support" channel is a dead end designed to ignore you once they have your cash. There is no accountability, no delivery, and zero integrity.

It’s not a "delay" when it takes a week and no one can tell you where the goods are—it’s theft. You are literally gambling with your money by using this app. If you value your hard-earned Rand, stay far away.

Give me my money back or deliver my food. This is disgraceful.
