How to attract a regular walker?

I have a full-time walker who comes several times a week and walks two of my dogs. But she’s a young mom and doesn’t have much more time. I have a high energy dog that I would love to send on a walk once a week for two or three hours preferably hiking and we’re surrounded by mountains. How would I attract that person? What is a reasonable price? I understand that the longer it takes and the harder the walking, the more money. What should I be looking at to pay? What should I say to a potential Walker? Or is this entire concept insane and not possible?

I bought from a website. My item came without parts included in the photo. I called about the missing parts and they said the photo is a stock photo and they don’t actually come with the parts. The listing doesn’t say they don’t come with the parts shown in the photos. They agree it was listed incorrectly. They agree the photo was obviously showing the parts. So they had admitted fault. But they do not know if they can send the parts because they blamed the manufacturer for providing bad photos. They also blamed them manufacturer for a bad description. They said to give them a couple days and they will try to resolve it. But they are not guaranteeing the parts. The item is not usable without them.

So if they don’t resolve this I will open a case with Paypal to get the missing parts. If I lose with Paypal, if I charge back will I lose my account? Or will I get limited or something? I have a personal account. I’ve only had one dispute in 10+ years. It was for eight dollars and I won.
