Hello again! I messed up a previous post, so trying again../

I recently found this interesting art piece in a Southern California Goodwill over the weekend.

Signed 'Yates 96.' It's a beautiful collage, framed by Black Swan Pictures and Framing, in Portland Or.
That shop appears to be closed now, but l'm hoping someone here may know the artist from 30 years ago - Yates?
