SOYO Motherboard HVCI issues.
I have spent 30 hours trying to enable HVCI with my (SOYO) SY-B450M-D4-PRO motherboard, and I can't get it to stay on after I restart to enable it. After every restart it turns back off, and asks me to turn it on, then I restart and the cycle repeats. I have secure boot on, all my settings are correct according to Windows support, but we all know they aren't the most helpful. Thank you for the help, you have no idea what a fix this would be!
