I see many players and also Eve developers (Fenris) writing posts or making videos/interviews about how to improve Eve and make it a bigger success in the coming future.
But, what does it mean to improve Eve?
Does it mean to have more players online at the same time?
Does it mean to have more players subscribing to the game?
Does it mean to provide more content for the already existing player base?
Does it mean to have bigger TIDI battles? More ISK destroyed in 1 huge battle?
Does it mean to have n-empires instead of k-empires?
Does it mean to increase the PLEX sales?
If the goal is not defined, then it is very hard to work on a "solution". It's all about the point of view and what you define as your goal.
Not quite sure what to think. I am mildly positive. I like the changes and improvements regarding new players, but didn't catch anything where they addressed the current "problems" of the game. Maybe I missed it, didn't watch everything.
It's the battle of the idiots.
