Mouse got into my MAP sensor wiring a while back. P0108
Had a mouse get into my hood 6-8 months ago. Chewed completely through all three wires twice before I put repellant in the bay. Have fixed the wiring 3 or 4 times at this point from various disconnects and wear. Something is shorting or getting disconnected again with the slightest movement. Throwing in the towel and taking it into a shop to get it fixed professionally this Tuesday.
At 133k miles and this car has been nothing but good to me, no issues ever other than this shit caused by a rodent. Very annoying. Just wanted to vent lol.
P0108 code if anybody is curious in the future. Check the wiring
Has caused lack of power under load and partial throttle + lurchiness and jerking, severe surging on occasion, difficulty holding idle (+ aforementioned surging), poor mileage, etc…
Cars a trooper though!
