Plz suggest which would be best....KEEPING FEES ASIDE

My father is a retired air force veteran and I read somewhere that kiit gives 50% fee waiver to retired or serving IAF personnels. Can anyone who has availed this fee waiver guide me on how to proceed because I tried contacting and emailing Kiit but they are just killing time
