

28(M) Need some dieting advice
I’ve lost 60 lbs since last year, but im reaching the “final stretch” as far as losing weight while sustaining mass. I train boxing so I can one day compete in my first amateur fight. I’m almost there, but the issues is my current weight and the weight I need to be so I can compete. I’m currently fluctuating between 180-184 depending on my carb intake that day. My goal is a 165lb walk around Weight and to fight at 154.
