Advice for Starting a Custom PC Building Business in High School?

Ok, so this is my first post on Reddit, so please bear with me on this.

I want to start a small PC building business at my high school in the 2027-2028 year. I'm aware that some districts don't like when students use the building for making money, however my district is more relaxed on this. I have some experience with PC building, and have build roughly 5 PCs, and have fixed/modified 10 more. I also have 2 friends who are interested in this, and we have enough money to start basic production. Was thinking of charging up front so to prevent people from backing out/saying will pay but ghosting us, but I'm afraid this might scare off some buyers, especially considering the price of PC parts as of recent.

Money-wise, I was thinking an up-charge around 15%, so we can split cash 3 ways, while still paying for all parts. I know that the profit won't be a major part of this, and I'm sure we won't be getting many build requests over $500, so again, profit is not a major part of this.

I also do have ties to the school computer club, which can help with buying used parts from reliable sellers.

For ordering, I was thinking setting up a google form with basic questions, such as GPU brand, CPU brand, use of computer, and so fourth. I would add an email so I could get in contact, as well as a phone number. Payments would probably be on Fridays, because I have a large computer store relatively close to both the school and my house, and I will be driving before my sport season ends, so if payments are made on Fridays, then I can drive to said store on Saturdays and build on same day, and spend Sunday on software/troubleshooting/testing.

This is most of what I have for now, any advice is welcome. Thanks!
