Dramatic reaction to a glass of wine on reta

So, there are super responders. Apparently my body is a super duper drama queen responder.

I've always been very sensitive to meds (I can typically take a half or a third of the standard dose of anything), so I started reta at .5 and got a perfectly good effect from that. Appetite gone, energy up, feeling great. Taking it with BPC157 since I'm prone to GI issues. That's it.

At a social event, I sipped on one glass of a light, dry white wine over the course of two and a half hours with about 3 glasses of water during that same time, and had another glass of water before bed. And apparently even that small amount of alcohol was the WRONG decision.

I woke up at 3am with a migraine. I had what felt like an acid reflux reaction all morning. My muscles are achy like I did an intense workout yesterday. I had a very unpleasant bathroom session.

I had heard all of the stories of being careful with alcohol on reta but good grief I had no idea that such a small amount spread over hours would be an issue! Looks like mocktails for me for the next few months!
