Found a 2023 EQS SUV with production date of December 2023 that I’m considering buying CPO. Were all 2023 vehicles the same or did they make any changes late in the model year?

23 EQS SUV 450 4MATIC, Exclusive Trim with seat upgrades but no HUD, no hyperscreen, 3rd row. Offer price $53K, but I’m going to negotiate that a bit.

Edit: 22k miles and it’s a CPO. Forgot to mention that. And this is only the list price with zero negotiation. Thoughts on a fair price are appreciated.

Looking at getting a CPO EQS SUV to take advantage of the depreciation. I’ve got some pretty firm requirements (blue or green exterior, black interior, 7 seats) that are non-negotiable which makes the available inventory fairly limited. Has anyone used a broker to find a car and have it shipped? Is it worth it for a CPO?
