I'm posting here because I want to know if anyone else's experiences are similar to mine.

I completely lose my appetite for all food and I feel sick to my stomach. I will often (but not always) feel cold and have chills and I always tense up and kinda spasm out, but this is probably an effort from my mind to lock up my body so I physically don't watch porn. I still do more often than not though. I completely lose motivation to do anything else and I'm basically just left sitting in my chair trying not to watch porn.

I see many people that say it is normal for teenagers to watch porn, but even if that is the case, it's certainly not normal to be so addicted that you feel like you're dying from not looking at it. I also don't think its normal to have long periods of time where you are completely fine and are not tempted at all and then be crushed randomly one night by overwhelming desire.
