As much as I want to buy a brand new PS5, financial balance along with the price of the console continuing to go higher, I'm looking to just buy one second hand at this point. I plan to post this in the main PlayStation Reddit as well, but I'm Canadian, so I wanted to start here.

To people who have bought used, where did you go: Bought one from a friend/family member, Best Buy/Walmart, 3rd party seller, or Facebook marketplace for straight cash. Let me know where the best place to look.

Planning to buy a PS5 in the next month or so, with the impending release of GTA 6, there's a lot of games I want to play before Winter comes, and I wanted to know which is a better spot to start, between these two series. Personally, I know not much about either so I would be experiencing either one of them blind. I played I believe, God of War 2 back in the day, but rented the game for like 3 days, then gave it back.
