I think we not only missed Saumya the actor, but also Saumya as a costume designer. Her dressing, especially the sarees added a different charm in Anita's character

Miss those peak days of BGPH

I haven't seen many episodes post her exit but the costumes of later Anita are very cliche. Tries too hard to look like a modern wife. Saumya never tried but still felt like one, which I feel was the demand of her character
