I just moved to an area off of Seiler and Waters Avenue. The past few nights the police have been at the house next door chasing and catching people running through my backyard and the abandoned home next door. I am going to put up floodlights and cameras to deter unwanted activity but I just wanted to know if anyone here has had any experience with dealing with an abandoned property and crime? I looked up the property owner but it’s some 80 year old that lives on the east coast and I could only find a mailing address.
