Hey everyone I was lucky enough to pre order two chaos rising ETB’s and put it on my credit card

Now about a week before release I keep getting emails saying I need to update my payment method

I’ve tried everything

Different browsers
Different devices
Different cards

I contacted support and they couldn’t help me.

What’s the point of waiting in queues, being fast enough and lucky enough to get an order in for retail price if the outcome is pulling a bait and switch where you accept the payment method then decline it one week before release

Can anyone help? This has single handedly ruined collecting Pokemon cards for me :(
