Amazon - Requested invites for every item

Smyths - None in my city

Argos - Had items in my basket multiple times but always "out of stock" by the time I select pay.

Pokemon Center - Wait in a three hour online queue to be told everything is sold-out.

Very/John Lewis - Items always disappeared by the time I open the app.

ASDA - The only place I've been able to buy any cards for three months, never any 30th though.

Sports Direct - Notice on window saying they don't sell them.

Waterstones, B&M, Morrisons, Sainsburys - Tried all these multiple times to no avail.

Local toy store - Had some tins in but I didn't want to wait in a queue of 50 people to pay £13 for 12 cards.

Frustratingly I got back into this hobby last year after many years, without knowing the current levels of demand. I will probably buy some singles online but I would love to open just ONE brand new 30th product. It's just so disappointing that I've wasted many hours and trips into town without success, and I feel like the only one now 🥲

EDIT: I have one unopened first partner box (Asda bought) that I'd be up for trading a similar brand new 30th product for!

30th booster bundle was due to be delivered today now it’s blacked out and says “we will email you when we have an estimated delivery date”

What's everyone's plan to buy the UPC and Delta?

Me personally I'm camping a smyths store from 4am then heading to any other store near by to see if I can scoop anything else

Had my booster bundles arrive from the PC yesterday and the previous amount for this taken. However, just a few minutes ago, I’ve had the same payment taken again which is currently in pending. Has this happened to anyone else?

I've never queued for a pokemon release every but I'm so keen to get my hands on one of the 30th UPCs as a gift for my wife that I'm seriously considering it. I'm self employed so getting time off isn't an issue, and I don't mind sitting in a que for a good while. But I would be absolutely devastated if I went through the trouble and still didn't manage to get one.

Are any of you guys planning on queuing up for it or Delta Reign? What stores are best? I've been told Smyths. And any tips or advice from anyone who has bothered to que for a release in the past?

Postie just delivered them. What a strange way to ship items with no update or tracking in which the customer can see.

Where & what packs can I actually get hold of? Just from the few days of wanting my fix, I can see ive got absolutely zero chance of the 30th anniversary stuff. So what can I actually get or what would you recommend i try & get?

I know this sub is about Pokémon UK but I figure if it’s relevant if you travel from the UK to somewhere and find good amounts of sealed stuff.

Has anyone ever had any luck finding sealed stuff while on holiday? I do quite a bit of travelling but any TCG store I’ve been in has only really had singles or slabs. I found a shop in Gdynia near gdansk in Poland which sold loose ascended for a reasonable price, but maybe someone knows somewhere better?
