I got some rhino bar ends that I put on to install some crg mirrors. If they are too tight they mess with the throttle and when I give it just enough to not mess with throttle I can easily turn them with my hands?

Any ideas or is this normal?

Planning on going on a few long trips and looking at finally adding a windscreen. Any recommendations? Currently looking at some windshield by the name of MRA NSPM Sport and both the PUIG Touring and Puig Naked

Edit: Also looking for a mirror upgrade and would appreciate any recommendations
