OBLIGATORY RSI GALAXY POST
Just kidding guys, I actually have a question about upgrades and melting-
So when I was new to the game I had some friends use my referral code and I got a free MPUV. I had no real use for it and soon upgraded it to a corsair, then guardian, and have ended up with the galaxy. I now realize that I cannot exchange it for store credit, and as someone who has reached concierge, I am of the feeling that I might hold off on putting more money into the game for a while lol.
So anyway, the question, would I be able to submit a support ticket and have them turn the galaxy into credit at the loss of the MPUVs value or even pay that value to get the rest in store credit? I’m not trying to cheat the system and I don’t understand the CCU stuff people do so I’m just wondering if support would help me.
Additionally, if my request is unreasonable, would you upgrade the galaxy to an ironclad knowing that you can’t ever go back and melt for cheaper ships? $650 is a lot to have set in stone imo, although I’m partial to both ships.
TLDR: would CIG help resolve my stupid decision upgrading a referral reward, and if not would you keep galaxy or upgrade to ironclad
