I know everyone has a difference of how severe their cramps are during their periods. I'm just not sure how BAD mine would be on the scale.

When I am not on any type of birth control, it is so much worse. They feel like - when you have eaten something WAAAYY too spicy and it is passing through your intestines, they are on fire and you can't sit still because of the pain and you can't think straight. It takes me an extra strength Advil to try and knock it down and the worse part is it takes like an hour to kick in.

I am thankful that it doesn't get as bad as some women who literally get sick, but it is not far behind. Is this "normal" pain?
