My group of 5 tickets are split between rows 4-60!

I understand sometimes they have to split seats, but one seat is row 4, one is row 5, one is row 32, and the last 2 are row 60...thats an insane spread!

I just submitted a service ticket, and Im really hoping they can fix this, but honestly I'm just ready to ask for a refund for them all. Anyone else get a crazy split like this?

Edit: so the tldr; Don't transfer the tickets you bought together to the rest of the people in your group until after seat assignments.

This is my 2nd game with the same group, and we did not have any issues sitting together after transferring them before seat assignments last time, so I never would have guessed it would cause an issue this time... apparently it does. Customer care got back to me today around lunch time and I was told that the transfers were the reason and while they couldn't do anything about it, "our best option would be, as a group, visit ticket help outside the gates or fan services inside the gates. No guarantee". I asked about a refund and was told "it's too close to the game so my only option is marketplace". Our game is this weekend (Neyland) and we are slated for rain from today until next week, so if they don't cancel the game my option is pretty much A) we all sit by ourselves in the rain or B) put them up for sale and hope others are totally fine with sitting in the rain by themselves. I had all my friends transfer them back to me and I'm going to try marketplace. If not, guess im out the cost of 5 tickets, which pretty much sucks.

So yeah. That's cool. I ultimately know it's my fault they were not placed together, but I never would have guessed that tickets sold together wouldn't still be together after transfer. Learn from my mistakes and don't transfer tickets early!

Memberships for families with young kids

My brother, his wife and their soon to be 1 year old live in Columbia. For the babies 1st bday I am considering gifting a family membership to somewhere the baby can run around and the adults can still enjoy themselves. I'm pretty convinced Riverbanks is the way to go, but it's been a while since I've been to Columbia, so I want to make sure there's not somewhere else I should be looking at. Any other suggestions within an hour of Columbia?

Edit: thanks for the confirmation that Riverbanks was the best option!

Share your favorite low cost/free thing to do

For the month of May, we are going to have some mega threads to try to connect the community a little better.

As living costs rise, it gets harder to find things to do that are affordable...so share your favorite thing to do that is free or costs less than $10. Do you have a favorite park or maybe a hiking trail? Maybe you know a deal day that brings an activity down in price. Or share a hobb/group that you are part of that is free or low cost to join!

For the month of May, we are going to have some mega threads to try to connect the community a little better.

This week's thread is about employment! If your job is hiring or you know of a place hiring, share the details here. Please add as many details as possible (business name, pay, hours, how to apply etc). If you are out and see a for hire sign, snap a pic and share it.

We will have a separate thread for people looking for specific jobs later this month, so please keep this one free for businesses to post.
