26 to 29: Happy With My Progress Over the Last Few Years 🏋️♀️
I was proud to share my progress over the past few years, but especially my progress over the last year, when I really became consistent with my training!
I’ve been running a slight caloric surplus for the past 5 months (I gained 5 lb/2.26 kg), and it did me good since I’d reached a point of exhaustion while in a caloric deficit. In early 2026, I started experiencing negative effects (on my sleep, mood, cravings, recovery, etc.) and decided to take a break from my calorie deficit. Now that I feel better, I’m getting back on track. I’d really appreciate any tips on how to prevent this from happening again! Thanks 😊
