Starting at 29?

Hi every one! I am 29 years old, and I’ve been a stay at home mom for the past 11 years. Lately I’ve been considering going to school to learn how to do hair. I have no experience, other than dying my hair in high school.. I’ve never even tried cutting hair. My question is, is 29 too late to start? Is it worth it? How hard is it to get started? What advice would you have? Thanks!

Edit to add- one thing I am very nervous about is the fact that I suck at starting and keeping conversations.. I definitely want to talk to clients and make them feel comfortable.. but what if I’m too boring?

Starting school?

Hi every one! I’m 29 years old and I’ve been a stay at home mom for the last 10 years and lately I’ve been considering learning how to do hair. I’ve never really done anything hair wise other than dye my hair in high school, I’ve never even tried cutting hair. My question is, is 29 too late to try to start a career in hair? What would be the best first steps in starting out? (Other than finding a cosmetology school)
