I got glutened 2-3 times in the last week. It’s just coincidence with Mother’s Day and my grandma passing. Getting glutened is a rare occurrence.

I also have endo and I’m leading into my period. The cottonwood trees have shed their horrible little puff balls and my allergies flared.

I’m new to allergies, maybe the last 5 years. Before then I had never taken an allergy med. I’m 37.

My bucket runneth over. The allergies hit and my entire body locked up. Muscle and joint pain Tylenol couldn’t touch. I can’t take NSAIDs. Plus anxiety and irritability like none other.

I just need validation that allergies mixed with getting glutened can do that. Logically I know but I feel a little crazy right now.
