Im a new hire and am on the sales team at my branch. One thing I’ve noticed is the drivers seem to dislike all our sales reps. Mostly due to giving them too much product even if a customer agrees.

I know there’s pressures on both sides but from my perspective (only about 3 months in) sales here is tough and the motivation they give you is driven from pressure and harsh goals and reps will do anything to increase size of their accounts to save their job
