Is it normal practice to list minor children on eviction filings?
It is normal for landlords to list minor children on eviction filings? I just looked up a filing and was shocked to see the names of all the minors who lived in the rental. Thanks.

I know a woman in dire need of work but has been unemployed nearly 1 year. Aspects of her education and work history may be red flags (e.g., high school diploma, large employment gaps, sues former employers). Personal traits (age 50+, unkempt appearance, doesn’t dress too well for interviews) also don’t help her.
This person has a decently-sized following on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok where she rants about the job market, her former husband, narcissistic abuse, health problems, and financial issues such as her homelessness and recent car repossession. Her sloppy, disheveled appearance is on full display in every thumbnail. In one video she’s dressed for an interview with messy hair and a threadbare dress.
My question: do prospective employers look at a job candidate’s social media footprint to guide hiring decisions? Thanks.
