What is this kind of toolbox called?

This toolbox was on a former DOT dump truck that I’ve converted to a flatbed. I don’t want it but I don’t know what it’s called or what it’s worth. I can’t find anything like it online. Nothing on Knapheids catalog looks like this. It straddles the frame of the truck on both sides, and has long, nearly full width drawers that pull out. It’s got places to mount oxy-acetylene bottles on the opposite side. I’m looking for the right term so I can list it accurately.

Southern New Hampshire

Slightly larger than a deer fly, with a long fuzzy body. Doesn’t actively pursue us, but it does have a painful bite.

Permethrin on structures near rabbits

I’ve read some indication that permethrin is toxic to rabbits. Our rabbits are kept in a shed right now, and wasps like to make nests in there. I want to spray the structures with a permethrin solution to deter the wasps.
Obviously I will remove the rabbits while I’m spraying and until it’s dry, and they won’t have direct access to the treated wood so they can’t directly nibble on it.
I’m wondering if just being near the treated wood and maybe some slight dust that may settle over time is enough to cause issues.
