EON Next Tariff - Switch Issues

Hi all,

Has anyone else had issues switching to EON? Moved to the Next Drive tariff at the end of March, but they haven’t been able to connect to the meter citing MHHS issues. So I’m currently on a normal tariff until they can resolve.

It’s a 12 month old smart meter and Octopus has no issues. CEO complaints have them saying it’s a problem for lots of people, and they are trying to resolve. No timeline to fix.

Anyone else in the same boat? They have suggested backdating the tariff / compensation when resolved, but it’s a pain!
