I will keep it simple on what I observed in my short time during a joint op they had with another unit and observed video evidence from one of their pilots they banned:

"Founding Fathers" are a group of control freaks with fragile egos.

If you want to have fun, find a group that does not think they are actually "CAG" or "Delta Force" and just wants to just run cool operations.

I am pretty sure they banned multiple people recently for asking too many questions, standing up for themselves when being bullied, and not agreeing with their tactics in an Op.

It is a videogame for crying out loud.
