Who in your organisation is the intranet owner? What area of expertise are they in? IT, comms, IMS, HR?
I’m keen to hear feedback. If you could provide size of company, who is the owner and organisation category ie construction, healthcare etc.

We purchased this use two months ago. The car company had the gas struts refilled because they weren’t working, and we went away chuffed.
Move forward to today where I get the pram out of the canopy and go to close the side window and it totally shatters on me in a million pieces.
I don’t believe there was any damage to the window before it did this which makes me think it could be the struts being at the incorrect gas rating? Could this be the case?
Or could this just be a glass fail and it just happens sometimes.
