We are very small India based SaaS company and our SOC2 is up for renewal. We got it done from one of the software's last time- they did not contact us even once for audit and are now ofcourse behind us over the renewal. The reason given (for no contact)- internal role changes (??!!)
The biggest reason we are getting it renewed is because one of our clients wants us to be SOC2 compliant- and potentially newer clients too.
Is it cheaper ot go through an agency- cost is another issue. We are really disappointed in the Software company and their lack of interest in following up after the payments were made and certificate was issued.

I recently got back (first week of June) from a wonderful 6 days trip to Athens with my 2 kids (both under 8 years). If the tips are helpful to anyone would like to suggest on my experience.

1. If you are 3 people traveling together, take a cab to the city. It will cost you only about 15-20 euros more than the metro
2. As far as possible, stay in the city center. Everything is very accessible by foot. We stayed in Monastiraki in a lovely apart-hotel.
3. We didn’t pre-book tickets to the Acropolis. We went around 3–4 PM and there was no line. I booked online on the spot (€30), and kids entered free.
4. Don't miss the rooftop play experience (at night) overlooking the Acropolis. It was lovely.
5. We did an extensive 4 hr Greek cooking class with the local market visit- such a wonderful experience
6. We took a one-day cruise that included a stop at Aegina, with pick-up and drop-off included. The kids absolutely loved it.
7. The National Garden is beautiful and worth a visit, especially with children.
8. The Big Bus hop-on hop-off service was super convenient. One of the stops was very close to our apart-hotel, and it let us explore the city at our own pace.

I would love to understand how folks are using ChatGPT to generate/audit blog posts to get them to be optimized for seo/aeo/geo. We have been using Claude and so far its been great, tried experimenting with Chatgpt (20 bucks plan) and it keeps sending me in circles, wait for it, next response, still working on it. Its honestly exhausting. Wonder if we are doing something wrong. Anyhow back to Claude for now- but would love suggestions/ ideas on how to optimize the use of Chatgpt 20 dollars plan. (we do have the 100 dollars claude plan, and honestly the best). Just trying out chatgpt for now.

Curious how organizations here approach mentoring programmes.

Do you primarily run mentoring inwardly-using internal leaders/employees as mentors or outwardly, by bringing in external mentors, coaches, or industry experts?

And how structured is the programme in practice? Do you formalize matching, goals, session cadences, tracking etc., or keep it more organic?
