I made a post asking about this previously and have since looked into it a lot more (including stats/caliber of applicants admitted).

For all applying this cycle, please note that Einstein is a REACH for ultimately everyone now. I’ve seen some people discuss it being their main target, baseline, etc. but the worst is to be expecting that and realizing that might not be the case anymore. Be sure to choose your school list holistically!
