Teeth shifted forward after losing lower back teeth years ago should I remove the front teeth and replace them with a prosthesis?
Hi everyone, I need some advice about my teeth.
Years ago, I had my lower back teeth removed on both sides, and over time my bite and teeth position changed. Now my lower front teeth look pushed forward, and my lower jaw looks more prominent than before. It feels like the teeth have moved, not just the bone.
I’m considering removing the lower front teeth and replacing them with a prosthesis, but I’m not sure if that’s the right solution or if orthodontic treatment, bridges, or implants would be better.
Has anyone dealt with a similar issue? What would you recommend in a case like this?
