Very disappointing experience with Elegant Savvy
I ordered a Janan tester pack of 5, but the products I received were completely different from what was advertised. The packaging was damaged, one bottle cap was broken, and the perfume quality was extremely cheap and low grade.
The fragrances barely smell like perfume at all. It honestly feels like scented water with no performance or lasting. Even after applying properly, the fragrance does not last even 30 minutes. Completely a waste of money and a very misleading experience.
After receiving the order, I contacted their support team on multiple platforms for return and refund assistance, but nobody responded. I emailed them, messaged them, and even tried calling the provided WhatsApp/contact number, but the number is switched off and there has been no proper response from their side.
The worst part is the customer support and lack of accountability after delivery.
I’m sharing my experience publicly so other customers stay aware before ordering from them. Please be careful before purchasing.
